One hour full body Amma Massage with deep tissue work if requested. Relaxing techniques to help soothe your body, and help improve circulation of blood and Qi. Gentle to medium and medium to strong pressure used in this session.
1.5 Hour Full Body Massage $115
One and a half hour full body Amma Massage with time for deep tissue work on trigger points and other areas of tension. Gentle, medium and medium to strong pressure used in a variety of Tui Na "push/pull" techniques to improve circulation of blood and Qi. *Cupping or Gua Sha could be added to this session at practitioners recommendation and client agreement.
1/2 Hour Targeted Massage $50
30 Minute targeted massage. Let's get to the source of your tension. Typically, this is a head, neck and shoulder session, but you choose your area of concentration. Your body will thank you!
